1. The Information BerggiVideo Collects
User Provided Information: You may provide certain Personally Identifiable Information to BerggiVideo when choosing to register at the Service, such as first and last name, email address and date of birth, for Your Channel.
You may also provide Personally Identifiable Information to include in your Channel to tell other Users about yourself or when taking advantage of promotions, responding to surveys, posting messages to any message boards or forums, or subscribing to any newsletters or other mailing lists. However, you may set the privacy settings on Your Channel to limit other Users access to your channel.
You may also upload or otherwise post User Submissions to the Service. In fact, Your purpose for providing User Submissions on this Service is to share your videos and User Submissions with other Users. Be aware that if your User Submissions includes personal information, such as your name, email address, etc., other Users will have access to it and it will not be protected Personally Identifiable Information.
Cookies Information: When You visit the Service, we may send one or more cookies — a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters — to your computer that identifies your web browser. You can set your web browser to refuse cookies. However, if You do, some features of the Service may not function properly, including time saving features such as automatic log-in to the Service after your initial registration.

You may update or correct your personal Channel information, including Personally Identifiable Information, at any time by visiting Your Profile page, editing it.
To protect your privacy and security, we take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting You profile access or making corrections. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information at all times.
Certain portions of the Service allow Users to upload and share User Submissions with each other and with other third parties. You will be responsible for establishing your usage preferences, including accessibility to your User Submissions, ("Usage Preferences") with respect to all User Submissions, and BerggiVideo will use its commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate such Usage Preferences. However, BerggiVideo does not guarantee that any such Usage Preferences will always be applied, or that your User Submissions will be kept secure.
If You want BerggiVideo to remove your User Submissions from the Service, please delete it as specified in the Service. However, we cannot guarantee that your User Submissions will be completely removed from all User devices or from their web pages, nor that other Users will not misuse any content that you supply. In addition the other Users may have already copies and forwarded your User Submissions to others, making recovery impossible. BerggiVideo is not responsible for any public display or misuse of your User Submissions.
5. Third-party Advertisers, Links to Other Services
BerggiVideo may allow other companies to serve advertisements on the Service. These third-party advertisers use technology to send, directly to your browser, the advertisements and links that appear on the Service. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or web beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize the advertising content. You should consult the respective privacy policies of these third-parties. BerggiVideo Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, such other third parties or their websites.
